All decal products are shipped from the USA (Item location), shipping to the other takes 2-7 days to 4 weeks from when I put it in the mailbox. In some other countries it would take sometimes a month or more to get where your location. Most times I ship in a day or 2, almost never over 3 business days. Expect delivery 3-4 weeks after payment. It also it depends on the country's custom on how fast they release the item from the inspection. I have no control over transit time. If you need the order delivered immediately, we can arrange for speedier carriers like UPS or FedEx. All decal orders are Made to Order we don't stock old cut decals. Our store policy is that we don't offer any refunds for all item that is wrongfully pick color or wrong address to send to. If we are at fault for sending wrong color, you can guarantee we fix it and send you the right color. Customers must confirm the right address to where the item will be ship. For a returned order, the customer will shoulder for the reshipping fee because of the undeliverable address or wrong address input. If you require a different size, we can also provide that. Contact us by email for customized or bulk orders we can give you less price. The secret to a satisfied consumer is communication. Regarding your transaction with us, no credit card information is stored by our online store. Our website's payment management company processes all credit information.
